Revitalizing South Acton

The South Acton Vision & Action Plan, led by the Town of Acton and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), focuses on establishing a community vision for South Acton Village, with emphasis on zoning and design recommendations. This initiative aligns with the Acton 2020 Master Plan and Massachusetts' new regulations for multifamily housing in areas with MBTA stations. It aims to modify zoning to encourage high-quality mixed-use and multifamily projects, reflecting the community's vision. The project is funded by the Commonwealth’s Community One Stop for Growth and MAPC’s DLTA.
